I’m extremely happy once again with the service and customer support I received today at Spikes in Mount Airy. I had my car in for an oil change and to diagnose a leak. Spike took the lead himself and power washed the engine and they determined my next steps. I completely trust them and have used them for years- highly recommend them to anyone.
The day after Christmas I was driving to work when my alternator light came on. Thank God Spikes was open. Jeff told me that he could take me and what would happen if I tried to drive it further, the whole car could seize, so I really appreciate him being open and it was very early in the morning. His whole team took great care of me. 👍👍
